These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services provided by Ark La Miss Roofing LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Scope of Services
Ark La Miss Roofing LLC, provides residential and commercial roofing services, including but not limited to inspections, repairs, maintenance, and full roof replacements. All services are subject to a signed written contract or work order which will outline specific project details, costs, and timelines.

 

2. Estimates and Proposals

  • Validity: Unless otherwise stated, all written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

  • Adjustments: Final pricing may be adjusted if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the performance of work (e.g., rotted decking or structural damage not visible during the initial inspection). We will provide a change order for approval before proceeding with additional paid work.

 

3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the safety and efficiency of our crew, the customer agrees to:

  • Access: Provide unobstructed access to the driveway and perimeter of the structure for equipment and material delivery.

  • Protection: Move vehicles, outdoor furniture, and breakable items away from the work zone. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.

  • Permits: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for ensuring the work complies with Homeowners Association (HOA) rules or deed restrictions.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure a start date and order materials.

  • Final Payment: Payment in full is due immediately upon substantial completion of the project unless otherwise specified in your specific contract.

  • Late Fees: Past-due balances may be subject to interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

  • Insurance Claims: If work is performed as part of an insurance claim, the customer is responsible for ensuring all insurance proceeds, including depreciation and supplements, are paid to Ark La Miss Roofing LLC, according to the agreed-upon scope.

 

5. Warranties

  • Workmanship: We provide a limited warranty on our labor as specified in your individual contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by "Acts of God" (hail, high winds, lightning), structural settling, or third-party alterations.

  • Materials: Material warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer (e.g., GAF, Owens Corning). We will assist you in registering these warranties upon request.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
Ark La Miss Roofing LLC, is not liable for:

  • Incidental damage to interior ceilings or walls caused by normal vibrations during construction.

  • Damage to underground utilities, pipes, or irrigation systems not clearly marked by the customer.

  • Pre-existing structural defects.

 

7. Website Use

  • Intellectual Property: All content on our website is the property of Ark La Miss Roofing LLC. You may not use our logo or images without written consent.

  • Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content on the site are error-free.

 

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the work is performed (Arkansas, Louisiana, or Mississippi), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
